A low-impact strength class designed to build full-body power, control and endurance.

ELEV8 Strength combines functional strength training with controlled tempo work using bodyweight and resistance equipment. The focus is on stable, controlled movement patterns that build muscular endurance, strength and joint stability.

Expect a balanced mix of strength sets, tempo work and core integration designed to support everyday performance and resilience.

Each session finishes with a short guided down-regulation to help the body transition from effort to recovery.

Health & Safety Guidance

Please bring a water bottle and stay hydrated throughout the session.

Participants should listen to their body and work at an intensity that feels appropriate, particularly if new to strength training.

If you feel light-headed, dizzy, or unwell, please pause and inform the instructor.

What to Bring

• Water bottle

• Grip trainers recommended for stability during strength work

• Optional towel

Equipment

All equipment is provided, including mats, resistance bands, sliders and light weights.

Please return and wipe equipment after use.

The studio opens 10 minutes before class, so please plan to arrive within that window.
