MOVE studio

A low-impact strength class designed to build full-body power, control, and endurance in a warm studio environment.

Using a combination of bodyweight, resistance bands and weights, this class focuses on controlled tempo, muscular endurance and functional movement patterns that support everyday strength.

The heated space allows muscles to warm more quickly, supporting mobility and deeper muscle activation while maintaining a calm, focused training environment.

Expect slow, controlled strength work with moments of intensity, balanced with breath and recovery.

What to Bring

Water bottle – the studio is heated, so please arrive hydrated. Small sips during class are encouraged.

Grip trainers, barefoot or grip socks – trainers are recommended for stability during strength work.

Towel if preferred

Studio Equipment

All equipment is provided, including mats, resistance bands, sliders and light weights.

Please wipe equipment after use to help keep the space clean for everyone.
