Our 60-minute Recovery Ritual guides you through both of our recovery zones in one seamless flow combining infrared heat, cold immersion, and compression therapy to deliver a powerful full-body reset.
The space is designed to balance your nervous system, accelerate recovery, and help you feel calmer, clearer and recharged.
Perfect after classes, training days, stressful weeks, or as your personal weekly reset.
You’ll move between:
Infrared Sauna – deep heat to relax muscles and boost circulation
Cold Plunge – controlled cold therapy to reduce inflammation and elevate mood
Compression & Tech Zone – air-pressure boots and percussion tools to flush, restore, and reset
Equipment Guidance
If you plan to use the Infrared Sauna, please enter clean and dry, remove jewellery where possible, and stay well hydrated before and after use.
The sauna also includes red light therapy, which works best when skin is clean and free from lotions or cosmetic products.
If you plan to use the Cold Plunge, please ensure your body is dry and cooled slightly after the sauna before entering, and enter the water slowly and carefully.
If you plan to use the Therabody Red Light Mask, please ensure your face is clean and free from makeup or cosmetic products before use.
If you plan to use the Therabody Compression Boots, please wear shorts with dry legs or thin leggings to allow the boots to fit comfortably and work effectively.
Equipment Please bring water, swimwear, sliders/flipflops and your own towel. We’re committed to minimising waste and unnecessary laundry as part of our sustainable studio model.

Infrared heat and cold immersion place stress on the cardiovascular and nervous systems.
This session may not be suitable for individuals who:
• Are pregnant
• Have cardiovascular conditions (including uncontrolled high blood pressure)
• Have a history of fainting, seizures, or blackouts
• Have Raynaud’s, severe asthma, or cold urticaria
• Have open wounds or contagious skin conditions
• Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
• Feel unwell on the day of their session
If you have any medical condition or are unsure whether contrast therapy is appropriate for you, please consult your GP or healthcare professional before booking.
Participants are responsible for moving between zones at their own pace, staying hydrated, and exiting immediately if feeling dizzy, faint, nauseous, or unwell.
By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept the inherent risks associated with heat exposure and cold immersion.
