A high-energy, low-impact sculpt class designed to build strength through control.

ELEV8TE Sculpt blends low-impact, precision-based strength training with tempo work and isometric holds to create deep muscular endurance, core stability and full-body tone. Expect controlled pulses, layered sequences and an intelligent burn.

The class focuses on precision movement, muscular endurance and joint-friendly training, helping you build strength, stability and resilience without high-impact stress on the body.

Every session finishes with a short guided down-regulation to reset the nervous system and support recovery.

Health & Safety Guidance

Please arrive well hydrated and bring a water bottle.

Participants should work at a pace that feels appropriate for their body and are always welcome to pause or modify movements.

If you feel light-headed, dizzy, or unwell, please stop and inform the instructor.
